• Messaging System: A communication tool for the Customer and Writer or Support Team.
• Order: A request for a product submitted by the Customer, detailing requirements.
• Product: The result of the order, delivered as a written digital document.
• Product Revision: A request for edits based on initial requirements after the product is delivered.
• Support Staff: The team assisting with order management and customer support.
• Writer: A freelancer providing writing services according to the agreement.
• Personal Credit Balance: A Customer’s account balance used to offset future orders.
• Affiliate Program: A referral program for existing Customers.

2. Order Placing and Registration

• 2.1: Orders can be placed via the online Order Form or with the help of Support Staff.
• 2.2: It’s the Customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate order details.
• 2.3: Customers must register a profile with their contact information.
• 2.4: Customers must use one profile for all orders. Multiple profiles may be merged.

3. Order Payment

• 3.1: Payments must be made in advance before the order is processed.
• 3.2: Customers may pay in installments for orders over $500, following specific terms.
• 3.3: Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Personal Credit Balance.
• 3.4: PayPal is used for payment processing, with specific instructions for Credit Card payments.
• 3.5: The Company is not responsible for issues occurring with PayPal or bank services.

4. Discounts

• 4.1: Customers are eligible for promotional and loyalty discounts.
• 4.2: Discount codes apply to orders of $25 or more.
• 4.3: Only one discount can be applied per order.
• 4.4: The ‘First-time Discount’ can only be used once.

5. Personal Credit Balance

• 5.1: Customers can store funds in their personal account to pay for future orders.

• 5.3: Credit balance funds are non-refundable and can only be used for future orders.

6. Order Process

7. Order Revision

• 7.4: Revision deadlines cannot be shorter than the original order deadline.

9. Affiliate Program

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

• 10.1: This document represents the full agreement between the Customer and the Company. Any previous verbal or written agreements are superseded.
• 10.2: If any part of the terms conflicts with state laws, the remainder of the document remains valid.

11. Limitation of Liability

By accepting the terms, the Customer agrees to release the Company and its affiliates from liability related to the use of the services, including issues related to technical malfunctions, delayed deliveries, or errors in materials.

12. Dissertation Services

• 12.1: Customers must provide specific deadlines for dissertation projects.
• 12.2: Dissertation projects may be submitted in chapters, with deadlines for each.
