1. Definitions

Customer: The individual or entity placing an order with the Company.

Writer: A contracted expert engaged by the Company to fulfill writing services.

Order: A formal request submitted by the Customer for a written product.

Product: The written work delivered to the Customer upon order completion.

Revision: A Customer request for edits to the Product based on the original instructions.

Personal Credit Balance: Funds stored in the Customer’s account for future orders.

Messaging System: A secure internal platform for Customer–Writer–Support communication.

Affiliate Program: The Company’s referral rewards program.
2. Order Placement and Customer Registration
2.1 Orders must be submitted through the official Order Form or via authorized support agents.
2.2 It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide accurate, complete details for the assignment.
2.3 Customers must register with a valid email address and maintain one account. Duplicate profiles may be consolidated.
2.4 All communications and updates will be sent to the email provided during registration.
3. Payments and Billing
3.1 All orders must be paid in full prior to assignment.
3.2 Orders over $500 may be eligible for milestone or installment payments upon agreement.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Personal Credit Balance.
3.4 The Company uses PayPal and other third-party processors; we are not responsible for technical/payment gateway issues beyond our control.
4. Discounts and Promotions
4.1 Customers may use promotional codes or qualify for loyalty discounts.
4.2 Discounts apply only to orders over $25.
4.3 Only one discount can be applied per order.
4.4 First-time user discounts can be used only once per Customer.
5. Personal Credit Balance
5.1 Customers may deposit funds into their account for future use.
5.2 One credit unit equals one U.S. dollar (USD).
5.3 Credit balances are non-refundable but may be used at any time for new orders.
6. Order Fulfillment
6.1 The Company reserves the right to verify or clarify details before beginning work.
6.2 Page volume is based on 275 words per double-spaced page.
6.3 Any changes in the order scope (topic, length, deadline, etc.) after payment may incur additional fees.
6.4 It is the Customer’s responsibility to supply specific sources, formatting styles, or attachments required for the assignment.
6.5 All communication must occur via the secure messaging system.
6.6 The Customer may monitor progress through their account dashboard.
6.7 Products must be downloaded upon completion. The Company is not liable for Customer delays in retrieval.
7. Revisions Policy
7.1 Free revisions are available within 14 calendar days of order delivery.
7.2 All revisions must align with the original order instructions.
7.3 Substantial changes to original instructions may result in a fee or require a new order.
7.4 Revision deadlines must be reasonable and not shorter than the initial turnaround.
8. Use of Delivered Products
8.1 Products are provided for research and reference purposes only.
8.2 Submission of Products as the Customer's own work is strictly prohibited.
8.3 The Company disclaims responsibility for the misuse or unethical submission of its work.
8.4 The Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with academic policies.
9. Affiliate Program
9.1 Registered Customers may join the Affiliate Program to earn rewards through referrals.
9.2 Use of fraudulent or spammy methods will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
10. Legal Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 This Agreement supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
10.2 If any provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, all remaining provisions will remain in full force.
10.3 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
11. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, the Customer agrees to release the Company, its affiliates, and agents from any liability associated with:

Delays caused by third-party services or force majeure

Misinterpretation of the delivered Product

Academic or disciplinary consequences related to misuse
12. Dissertation Projects
12.1 Dissertation orders must include clearly defined deadlines and deliverable stages.
12.2 Customers may request chapter-by-chapter delivery when appropriate.
12.3 The Company reserves the right to extend deadlines for large projects in coordination with the Customer.
13. Amendments
13.1 The Company may revise these Terms at any time.
13.2 Updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately.
13.3 It is the Customer’s responsibility to review Terms regularly for changes.
