Refund Criteria
Our refund policy is designed to protect you and guarantee you receive the value you deserve. We take every refund request seriously and review each case individually. Here’s when you may be entitled to a refund:
- No Writer Assigned: If no writer was assigned to your order, you are eligible for a 100% refund. To claim this, simply press "Request a refund of your balance" on the order details page.
- Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel an order after a writer is assigned, the refund amount ranges from 100% to 20%, depending on the work completed.
- Missed Deadline: If we miss the deadline through our own fault and no information was pending from you, we may offer a partial refund. Each case is evaluated individually.
- Quality Issues/Missed Instructions: If, after revisions, your paper does not meet the required standards or instructions, and this is confirmed by our evaluation, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Tips and papers submitted and reviewed for over 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
