We offer a full refund in the following cases:
1. No Writer Assigned
If no writer was assigned to your order, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Simply click "Request a refund" on your order details page to process the refund to your balance.
2. Order Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order after a writer has been assigned, the refund amount will vary depending on the work completed. You may receive between 100% and 20% of your payment based on the stage of the writing process.
3. Missed Deadline
If we fail to meet your specified deadline due to our fault (and we were not awaiting additional information from you), you may be entitled to a partial refund. The amount will be assessed individually and based on the specifics of your case.
4. Dissatisfaction After Revision
If your paper does not meet the agreed-upon instructions and revisions have already been made, we will offer a full refund if our evaluation proves that the writer failed to meet your expectations.
5. No Refund for Tips
Refund requests will not be accepted for any tips given to the writer.
6. Papers Already Submitted and Reviewed for Over 14 Days
Refund requests will not be considered for papers that have already been submitted and have been in your possession for more than 14 days.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is confirmed, we will process it immediately. Please note, bank fees, processing times, and any delays due to banking services are outside of our control.
